摘要：

With the economic development, the demand for cars has become rigid requirements. The increasing demand for cars will inevitably lead to the increasing demand for second-hand cars. However we haven't establish a sound evaluation system currently, and the evaluation methods for second-hand cars also need to be improved. Based on the second-hand cars market, this paper, analyzed the factors affecting the price of second-hand cars, improved the cost method, and established a evaluation model to carry out.
