Variations of (235)U induced fission-track annealing have been investigated among several apatite crystals with different compositions. Major elements have been analysed by electron microprobe and rare earth elements by ion microprobe. The role of the Cl/F ratio is again demonstrated but appears not linear with the chlorine content. Additional variations occur which are partly only explained by the importance of the Ca-subutitution and the presence of light and heavy rare earth elements.
