摘要：
This paper analyses the specialties of supply chain alliance (SCA), which largely save social resources and promote production specialization. At present, small and medium-sized enterprises face various challenges. SCA can help them to survive through fully taking advantage of flexible business management. The authors stress that SMES should take differentiation strategies, cultivate core competitiveness and implement internal control with the support of SCA.
