摘要：
Technology innovation' s status becomes the key in the progress of industries' upgrade, so the choice of technology innovation stratagem has been put into the calendar. Based on A-U model, this article researched on the status quo of the traditional manufacture industry & hightech industry in Zhejiang Province. On the purpose of improving the above industries competition advantage and sustainable development, we consider that the different industries in different phases must choose the different technology innovation's stratagems.
