摘要
The nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) studies of protonated aminoacids (AAH(+) = ValH(+), IleH(+), AsnH(+), SerH(+), ThrH(+)) with cucurbit[7]uril (CB[7]) in solution were investigated for different experimental conditions. H-1 NMR spectra of the solutions of the aminoacids complexes with CB[7] indicates a balance between free aminoacids and forms, differing in the nature of inclusion in cucurbit[7]uril. In case of Val and Thr we can catch signals from two different AA included in CB[7].
