Science management and the problems of creating the innovation infrastructure in the Republic of Moldova related to globalization

As regards scientific investigation after its independence, in Moldova and its institutional framework, the worsening manifested itself in the tenfold reduction of science financing as well as the fivefold reduction of the: number of employees in the scientific sphere. in an immense brain-drain to other fields and abroad, and in sharp obsolescent and ageing of scientific equipment. One of the ways out of this crisis is the integration of Moldova's science into the processes of globalization and the creation of structures for integration in European and world programmes of cooperation, obtaining grants for international collaboration with research institutes from other countries, establishment of special funds for financing the international scientific co-operation, creation of electronic information systems and their connection to international networks, encouraging the economical relations stipulated by contracts with economical structures within the country and abroad, establishment of centres with unique equipment for common services and the training of necessary personnel.
