Although psychological health education has achieved a lot of results after more than 20 years development in china, there are still some disadvantages in psychological health education in china. So the paper is to make a research as the topic "A Research on Psychological Health Education System for the Present University Students. The paper, firstly, defines the meaning of psychological health, then, based on the existing research, points out the affecting factors that include university education, family education, social environment and impact of the university students themselves, finally, based on these factors, builds a modern psychological health education system., which provides a new perspective for the improvement of psychological health education system and solve the psychological health issues.
