摘要
The objective of the research was to investigate what are the possibilities of improving and increasing accessibility to e-content and e-learning processes and make e-learning more sustainable and successful. Previously an assessment, measurement and evaluation of e-learning indicators are realized and as a result of this research e-content and attention are identified as the most influencing factors in an e-learning process. E-content and e-learning process issues have been analyzed and a review of their current situation is realized in order to propose solutions and recommendations to the identified issues. In order to assess and propose solutions to these issues and foresee the future of e-learning an overview of e-learning indicators, authoring e-content issues, new models and improved authoring, sharing and reusing of e-content and processes, analyses and improvement of the learning process, e-content usability and systematic approach to evaluation of e-learning effectiveness was realised. The purpose was to: 1) Evaluate and predict the best modelling approach to e-content and e-learning processes; 2) Anticipate and foresee the impact that e-content and e-learning processes have on e-learning in order to 3) Assess and propose solutions and recommendations for the identified e-content and e-learning processes issues.
