SEXUAL ABUSE OF MINORS AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH CHILD FEMICIDE

Sexual abuse of minors constitutes a form of child abuse that carries sexual connotations of different kinds, among which we can mention the following: rape, dishonest abuse, rape, corruption of minors, child pornography, exploitation commercial sexual activity of minors, trafficking in minors, illicit trafficking in minors. The article characterizes this form of sexual violence in which the victimizer is in a position of advantage over his victim, placing him in an unequal power relationship. What makes it a crime of physical and psychological aggression, since the aggressor exercises violence on his victim, in such a way that he gets what he wants from her. Sexual abuse of minors shows, in the aggressor, a high degree of danger and imminent recidivism.
