Facilitation of interest in organizational culture in the context of Hofstedes' model on strategy, culture and change

摘要
This article focuses on the process how to facilitate an interest about the organization culture in the situation when the management decides to open the question of the measurement and the development of the culture wuth the use of Hofstedes' model. We are going to describe the proces of opening the question of organizational culture for employees and increase of interest of the ordinary employees about organization culture and the measurement it self. Next part of the article deals with the Hofstedes'model on strategy, culture and change about it's possibilities, contribution and its usage in the organizations. We are going to describe three types of questionaires used in the model witch are filled in by the top management, the heads od each department and the ordinary employees. Next we are going to concentrate on six autonomous and two semi-autonomous dimensions of organization culture, the real working environment and the working paradise. We are going t odescribe the attachment of the model on the management styles, acceptance of the leader, functional diversity and so on.
