摘要
This paper analyzes the various risks faced by China's unbalanced regional distribution of scientific and technological talents, constructs a risk evaluation index system and model for the unbalanced regional distribution of scientific and technological talents, and introduces sustainable development theory and coordinated development model. The research results show that the risk situation of the uneven regional distribution of scientific and technological talents in my country is not optimistic. Only by coordinating the development of talent training and the economy can we promote the healthy, stable and balanced development of our regional society and economy. It is recommended to adopt countermeasures such as optimizing industrial structure, ensuring population size and improve population quality, intensify technological innovation, strengthening talent introduction and guarantee.
