摘要
This paper introduces an intelligent instrumentpresents based on a small size, low-power SOPC chip ASF600 and flexible front-end measuring circuit. The instrument applied to a variety of common industrial control signal measurement, such as voltage, thermocouple, resistance, current, etc. measuring signals. The instrument measurement accuracy can reach 0.2% -0.3%. Designed and manufactured in accordance with this instrument can achieve multi-signal input,measurement range auto-switching and automatic digital tuning function.
