摘要
With the advance of the urbanization process, more and more people move to the towns. The substantial increase in commercial housing prices has gone beyond affordability of urban residents. Housing problem is getting more and more attention, China Need to increase construction and supply of affordable housing. By considering the specific conditions in our country, based on effective demand price, we can calculate estimates that the Chinese demand for affordable housing by using family income protection calculation model and protection ratio calculation model and antithesis. Thereby, we can determine the object and scope of protection and offer a reference to the establishment of a more perfect housing security system and the making of housing security policy.
