Intelligent equipment fault diagnosis based on variation in piezoelectric impedance

摘要
In this paper, we use wavy signal generated by piezoelectric ceram combined with the control method of artificial neural network to diagnose intelligently equipment's running status. We proved the reliability of this method by having done some experiments on several common engineering structure faults.
