摘要：
This article intents to find unique design rules in traditional Chinese pattern and provide reference for modern pattern design. Combining with the traditional Chinese thinking mode, the author analyzes the cultural gene in traditional Chinese pattern, and summarizes several modelling suggestions. The unique feature of this paper is that it does not only analyze the proper pattern but also discuss it in its historical context.
