摘要
We have operated 83 patients of ICC since 1980 to March 1996 and have got 13 patients of 5-year survivor. Six cases were intraductal-type, six were nodular-type, one was periductal-type. Lymph node metastasis, intrahepatic metastasis and portal vein tumor thrombus were not detected on operation in all cases. Invading patterns of these tumors showed a mild or less invasion in the portal area except of a periductal-type turner. A long-term survivor with a periductal-type tumor was incidentally detected in an early stage without massive liver parenchymal invasion. Patients with an intraductal-type ICC or with a nodular-type ICC which has a mild or less invasion in the portal area might be expected long-term survival after surgery.
