摘要：

Taking the major construction of industrial engineering of Nanjing University of Science and Technology as the background, the mode of personnel training of industrial engineering is researched. Firstly, the development of industrial engineering major of Nanjing University of Science and Technology is stated and then the conception of creative personnel training of industrial engineering is proposed combined with the requirements of creation times. Secondly, personnel demand of modern IE is discussed after analyzing the present status of LE discipline. And then the knowledge architecture of personnel training of IE of Nanjing University of Science and Technology is constructed. Finally, the mode of personnel training of industrial engineering based on TRIZ is proposed.
