摘要
The increasing awareness of negative impacts of antibiotic residues in foods of animal origin pushed forward regulatory demands, challenging in terms of high sample throughput. Facing such challenges, the hyphenation of high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC) with a bioluminescent assay and mass spectrometry was introduced as a new tailored tool to rapidly and easily screen residues of antibiotics.
