摘要
Information Technology and Computational Biology applications in Human Reproduction represent a new growing area of basic and clinical researches in Reproductive Sciences. Human Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ARTs) are changing the clinical practice in male and female infertility therapeutic strategics, imposing new perspectives, but also specific bioethical issues for large scale applications. ReproGen programs, based on Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, must be proposed in order to evaluate the real impact of the genetic approaches (genomics and gene therapies) in human reproduction and fertility.
