摘要：

This paper deals with the problem of observer-based H-infinity control for uncertain time-delay systems. Based on the observer states, a controller is proposed to stabilizing the systems. And it can also guarantee that H-infinity norm from the disturbance to the output is bounded. The controller can be obtained by solving two AREs.
