摘要
The study was conducted with the objective of efficiency raising of poultry manure utilization. In order to achieve this objective, the following actions have to be done: developing technological regulations for manure processing with the production of fuel bricks and organomineral fertilizer; doing research and development works on creation of fuel bricks and organomineral fertilizer production lines, and on manure processing workflow for the large-scale implementation. Manure processing complex is designed and backed up. It includes manure collection tank where manure gets from poultry houses and then gradually proceeds to the further processing; liquid collection tank where liquid goes during manure dehydration; fuel bricks and organomineral fertilizer production lines. With manure moisture content of 65-70%, the productiveness will be around 5 tons per hour. If the complex works twenty-four - seven, it is proved that around 43000 tons will be processed a year. Thus, the production of organomineral fertilizer with up to 32% nutrients concentration will be around 1500 tons, while the production of fuel bricks with the calorific value up to 18 MJ/kg will be around 8000 tons. An estimated annual economic benefit from the manure processing complex is around 20 million rubles; the repayment period is not more than 1.5 years. If the cost of fertilizer is 5000 rubles per ton, in which 320 kg is an active ingredient, it will be cost-efficient to use it for cropping. This manure-utilizing technology gives a company energy-saving, agrochemical, economical, ecological and social benefits.
