摘要
Bacillus mucilaginosus and Bacillus megatherium were cultured to promote the dissolution of different radionuclides (U-238, Pu-239 and Sr-90) in low-level radioactive contaminated soils. The effects of two strains of Bacillus sp. on the solubilization of different traces of radionuclides in contaminated soils were investigated by Radioanalysis and Soil Agro-chemistrical Analysis methods. The changes of radioactivity of different radionuclides mentioned above and the content of the nutrients, such as TN, TP and TOC in the treated soil samples were recorded. These results were compared with deionized water treatment. By comparison, the strains of Bacillus sp. have better effect on promoting the dissolution of traces of radionuclides in contaminated soils, and the content of nutriments and soil fertilities were roughly remained. Besides, the solubilization effect of Bacillus mucilaginosus was better than Bacillus megatherium.
