摘要：

The article deals with destructive behavior of Siberian guerrillas and insurgents at the height of the Civil War and motives of this behaviour. The author gives attention to the description of external destructive, antisocial conduct, repressive and terrorist activity of guerrillas and insurgents in the years 1919 to 1921. He comes to the conclusion that the attitude generated by the Civil War naturally caused various manifestations of destructive behavior after the war was over.
