摘要
In contiguous area of four provinces of Jin-Shan-Meng-Ning four provinces resources are very rich so that chemical engineering is the pillar industry of them. However, they just act of their own free will to develop resources which results in repeating construction, low efficiency of utilization, the destruction of the environment and the unbalance of benefit allocation. Those phenomena are detrimental to the sustainable development of economy. We are only supposed to rely on the economy of energy to form economic circle on the road to integration in order to integrate and optimize the resources, solve those problems and improve the overall competitiveness in the region. And it should construct valid concerted organization, set up periodic meeting system of main leaders, build up nongovernmental cooperative platform, build policy investment bank and development fund as well as construct and plan environmental protection and administration jointly and pay close attention to the people's livelihood, etc. to achieve economic integration of energy in economic circle of Jin-Shan-Meng-Ning four provinces.
