China's international services have made tremendous achievements after years of development. Seen from the nationwide, China's international services have reached a fixed scale, and possessed a certain degree of competitive advantage. However, from the internal sight of our country, the development standards of international services of the coastal provinces and cities are more advanced, while the inland provinces and cities are more backward. Therefore this article selects foreign contracted projects, labor cooperation and design of the external advisory, considering the relevant economic indicators, building a competitive evaluation model, using cluster analysis, to classify and analyze the international service competitiveness of the provinces and cities, and draw the relevant conclusion.
