摘要
The wiped film molecular distillation system is a complex multivariable strong coupling system in which the temperature and vacuum in the evaporator are coupled. In this paper, based on the previous experimental data, the mathematical model of temperature and vacuum is established by the method of system identification. Secondly, the system model matrix is designed according to the actual decoupling system structure, the controller matrix is decoupled and the controller of the system is designed by the expected dynamic method to construct the decoupling control model. Finally, compared with the traditional PID controller, the simulation results show that the system with the expected dynamic method has faster response time, less overshoot and stronger robustness.
