摘要
In Germany, the UN Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities has triggered a far-reaching debate on the reform of the school system. This is justified by the sometimes severe deficits of the so far mostly segregating special needs education for students with learning disabilities. With regard to selected aspects, attention is drawn to several school-organizational and structural necessities among the manifold needs for action, including aspects of teacher training and further education for teachers. Within this context, the recognizable reform initiatives are related to the needs for action to thus create a basis on which to achieve an interim assessment of these reform efforts.
