摘要：
There are such problems concerning the operating status of Chinese publishing industry as the unclear position of main operating statue, weak sense of publishing business and shortage of operating personnel. To solve the above problems, we must establish the corporate identity of publishing organizations; nurture qualified book-publishing business entities and pay close attention to the innovative research and the developing topics so as to foster core competitive capacity.
