摘要
In order to evaluate the robot performance more objectively,and provide basis for the robot performance evaluation criteria,the robot performance testing platform is designed. Its mechanical structure is formed with four pressure sensors and a rigid plate. Its single-chip microcomputer control system is formed with the MSP430F149 single-chip and some expansion peripheral circuits. And the PC management software is developmented with Visual Basic6.0 and Access 2003 database. The platform can complete the data acquisition and management of the robot move status, and the algorithm which can transform the robot running data into the robot performance data is designed. The performance information can be display, analysis, processing and storage by the PC management software. The RS-232 cable and Zigbee wireless conmmunication interface circuits are designed,and they can be choosed for the communication between the upper and lower machines. The results of system test verify the feasibility and accuracy of the design.
