摘要
the basic principle of solar cells is described simply. We review the history of the solar cells research. We put forward Tandem cells, and multiple band cells, Hot-Carrier solar cells, quantum solar cells four new models after focusing on analysis of the solar energy into electric energy losses Me analyze the difficulties and problems of the design of the four models, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of four models, and we also present the statement research in this field. Finally Chinese current situation of solar is analyzed and the suggestions are put up.
