摘要
Probabilistic models are developed for predicting the sectional capacity of concrete-filled steel tube columns under concentric loads. The Eurocode 4 model (deterministic model) for yielding crushing and a proposed one, based on Eurocode 3, for local buckling failure are corrected by adding correction terms to capture the inherent bias and model errors arising from an inaccurate model form Or missing variables. A database of existing experimental observations for rectangular stub columns is used to calibrate the proposed models.
