The future of flow cytometry is bright, with new fluorescent dyes, more metal labels, and an ever-expanding set of applications under development. These technologies provide deep profiling of single cells and small-molecule quantification- techniques that can advance our understanding of cutaneous disease and drive development of novel therapeutics. © 2015 The Society for Investigative Dermatology.
