The whole society as for the world, continents, countries, regions, municipalities, companies and families must be socially responsible. Management belongs to human consciousness and being. Skilful management is science and art; it is a basic condition for the survival of civilization. Science and technology, and its implications, have advantages and also considerable risks. They have a share in the safety or danger of a society. Our society is increasingly determined by environmental factors such as health, air, water, soil, food, raw materials, energy and transport.
