摘要：
Based on accurately grasping rural characteristics and development environment in Chaoyang district of Beijing, the present status of rural talents was analyzed in the paper. The overall strategy, target and planning of regional rural talents development in Chaoyang district were studied, in consideration of the new requirements for the rural talents under the new situations. And some suggestions and solutions were put forward aiming at meeting the demands for talents in the leaping development of regional rural economy society.
