摘要：
In this paper, we seek to evaluate the most general form of moments of L(1, chi) twisted by character value chi(c) as chi ranges over non-principal Dirichlet characters mod f. And we use this result to model the joint distribution for chi(c) and L(1, chi). (C) 2018 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
