摘要：
In recent years, P2P Network lending has also sprung up from China mainland, ever since P2P lending platform started from the international community. Firstly, we analyze the characteristics of America P2P network lending model comprehensively. Secondly, according to China's situation, we pointed out that Chinese regulators should learn from the advantages of all the developed countries, especially the experiences of the United States for reference, and finally provided risk-control suggestions for the development of P2P network lending platform.
