摘要
This paper conducts a research on the total factor efficiency under I-O model including environmental pollution and factor decomposition of energy efficiency difference between china and other countries based on stochastic frontier analysis (SFA), and panel data comes from 49 countries from 1999 to 2008. Empirical results show that, (1) China's energy efficiency is lower than the average level of other countries, but keeps stable and increasing tendency, (2) difference contribution rate of energy-production rate, labor-energy rate, capital-energy rate, and environmental pollution-energy rate based on factor decomposition of energy efficiency difference is orderly 36.02%, 5.7%, 30.63% and 27.65%.
