On the Internal Appeal System of College Students

The students' right to appeal is essentially a constitutional right, and students' right to appeal is actually a restriction on the school management power. But at present, the school appeal system for college students is unreasonable in design, ambiguous in scope of acceptance, unfair in complaint procedures, dummy in complaint right, etc. These problems greatly reduced the practical effect of the students' appeal. So the Student Appeal Committee shall follow the proper procedure principle in improving school appeal system design for college students, ensuring the independence and neutrality of Appeal Institution, giving college students the right of changing the original processing of the college, further clarifying appealing scope of the Appeal Institution, etc, in order to give full play to the role of school appeal, effectively solve the disputes between students and colleges, and realize the relief of students' rights.
