摘要：
A retrospective assessment of the state regulation of non-banking financial services market of Ukraine has been made in the period of absence of a central regulator in this market. Also a comparison has been made of the specific legislation and public authorities that regulated the non-bank financial services market's components. It is concluded that the regulatory system of the investigated market was fragmentary and was on the stage of its formation, which led to significant financial losses of the consumers these services.
