Fault diagnosis research of bearing base on demodulation analysis

摘要
This paper applies the demodulation analyze method studied the fault diagnosis of bearing. Through band-pass filter cut off the dynamic mesh vibration of low frequency segment first, then get envelope signal by Hilbert transformation, withdraw fault features of bearing, compute an outside race magnitude of envelope, inner race magnitude of envelope and roller magnitude of envelope, and constitute to bearings the fault features set. Established the outside race, inner race and roller failure respectively of gearbox, and proceeds a series experiment. For compute simplification, only the pack of the characteristic frequency for envelope spectrum value was considered, the influence of high times frequency was not been considered The experiment shows by Hilbert transform method to get envelope signal, then make use of method proposed by this paper withdraw feature, can identify bearings failure part with the serious degree.
