摘要：
In this paper, the ports voltage and current of the TL are obtained using a new form of TL equation and its derivative. A system of linear equations is obtained according to the coupled versions of the telegrapher equations and the boundary conditions at terminals. The solution to that system of equations provides both far-end and near-end crosstalk.
