摘要
Geological sequestration of carbon dioxide (CO(2)) is considered as one way to reduce its release to the atmosphere, and as an essential first step in the control of global warming. Reactive transport modelling can solve many problems and answer questions related to CO(2) geological sequestration. In this paper, ways to validate reactive transport models for short-term changes in groundwater chemistry, and long-term fate of injected CO(2) are discussed.
