摘要：
It is well known that it is harder for AKD sizing of non-wood pulp than that of wood pulp. However the proportion of non-wood fiber material in papermaking industry is high in China, especially for reed pulp. On the other hand the distribution of reed is extensive and the yield of reed is high. Therefore the realization of AKD sizing with reed pulp is of great significance. The sizing efficiency and factors of AKD sizing in reed pulp were studied in this paper. The factors such as pH value, calcium carbonate dosage, AKD dosage, aluminum salt, stirring intensity, synergistic agent which influenced AKD sizing efficiency of reed pulp were investigated. The feasibility of AKD sizing in reed pulp was discussed as well. All this lays the foundation for the application of AKD sizing in reed pulp.
