摘要：
With increasing of public traffic requirement, the problem of public traffic in which working efficiency is very low is more and more serious in big city. Because of the contradiction between increasing traffic demand of urban resident and relatively slow development of public traffic, it's necessary to make a public traffic management system. This paper introduces systems analysis method, database design method and system function design method of public traffic management system, and how to realize in X3 platform.
