摘要
How to effectively manage pressure of the workers and improve job performance has always drawn special attention of both the educational circles and the business world. With Chinese enterprises as the research object, this research adopts regression analysis to explore the mechanism of the effects of work pressure on job performance. The results show that promotion focus positively moderates the influence of challenge stressor on learning motivation while prevention focus negatively moderates the influence of hindrance stressor on learning motivation. Learning motivation moderates the influence of work pressure on job performance. The research results both enrich the pressure management research to certain extent and provide guidance for management of enterprises.
