摘要：

At present, the logistics infrastructure of cigarette commercial enterprise have made remarkable achievements. Low-cost and efficient logistics services have become important issues for cigarette commercial enterprise. From the perspective of logistics cost management, the paper illustrates the object of the logistics cost management in cigarette commercial enterprises, summarizes the existing problems in logistics cost management. Finally, the paper makes some suggestions to improve the logistics cost management of cigarette commercial enterprises.
