摘要
as the gradual increase of the penetration of the distributed power, it is the main development direction for building the distribution network compatible with large-scale intermittent renewable energy. The traditional distribution network has been transformating to active distribution network (ADN) which has a "Source - Net - Load" ternary structure. In this paper, the key features and core value of ADN are analysed, and the evaluation index system is proposed based on the fishbone diagram analysis method. The reasonable grade principle of the evaluating indicator is presented with fuzzy membership scoring function, and weights of indexes are proposed based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP).
