摘要：
The ionisation suppression or enhancement caused by endogenous substances strongly influences the results of detn. of drugs in biol. matrices by liq. chromatog. coupled with mass spectrometry. Proper validation of bioanal. methods includes detn. of absolute and relative matrix effect, recovery and overall process efficiency. The detn. of midazolam in human plasma by the method used was found free of any matrix effect.
