摘要
Based oil organizational learning perspective, this paper sets up the organizational learning utility model in the strategic transformation and concludes that the firm strategic transformation is a firm radically changes its strategic content according to its own resources and capacities, in order to cope with the rapid environmental changes and obtain the future competitive advantages, also the key successful factor of the firm strategic transformation is to make firm extraordinary knowledge and the external business environment being at the strategic flexible match, organizational learning is an effective way of acquiring knowledge, and it affects the firm strategic transformation by the transition of interim variables.
