Measure of k Phases Uncertainty

In this paper we suggest a refinement for the concept of uncertainty and establish the general measure method of uncertainty. We distinguish uncertainty and uncertain attribute; use vector theory to describe the independent attribute of uncertainty and construct existing modality of uncertainty; propose the measure models of k phases uncertainty corresponding to target degree and uncertain degree respectively, and make some normal points for these measures so that their values are comparable in degree. To discuss how to apply above measure models, we use the temperature in real weather report as a given demonstration, and the results show that the method proposed in this paper is effective and has quantitative form processed by computers, therefore it has a favorable application perspective.
